An Open Letter from Sigma Data Systems

December 2007

An Open Letter from Sigma Data Systems

Dear Colleague,

Back in June, a significant decision was made to divest the Sigma business. This decision was made jointly by CPS and Sigma due to the fact that Sigma, a state-of-the-art software developer, is not a core focus for CPS, a government Joint Powers Authority that specializes in HR consulting and services.

Sigma Data Systems, a profitable business with record revenues in 2006-2007, has attracted a number of well-qualified suitors, any one of whom can help us enhance the quality products and services you have come to expect over the years. Rest assured that our history of innovative public sector HR software technology will continue for years to come.

What does this all mean to you as a Sigma customer? The short answer is that we will continue our quarter-century tradition of delivering the full-featured applicant tracking and testing tools you and your colleagues have come to expect from us, along with best-in-class customer support services upon which you can depend. In turn, we ask for your patience as we move through this transition period.

Thank you again for your business — and for your ongoing trust. We will keep you abreast of future developments as we are able.

Sincerely,

Your HR Technology Partner

Sigma Data Systems
