*** Note: The morning training sessions will run concurrently on Wednesday and Thursday mornings in separate training rooms. Choose the sessions you would like to attend. There is a nominal fee of $50.00 per session per person for the training.

Air Travel

The closet airport is Tampa International which is served by most major airlines.  We encourage you to book early for the most competitive fare.

 

Transportation

You are welcome to rent a car if you wish to explore the Tampa-St. Petersburg area on your own.  Shuttle service is available from the airport to the hotel.  Sigma Data Systems will provide limited shuttle service at no charge to and from the conference site and the Tuesday evening social event.  We expect that your conference colleagues will be glad to assist those that did not rent a car.

 

Meals

The conference hotel provides a light breakfast each morning that is including in the room rate.  Sigma Data Systems will provide lunch each day of the conference.  Other than the Tuesday evening social event, dinner will be on your own.  Sigma will provide maps and suggestions to a variety of eating and entertainment venues in the area.
